She could actually be busy. But chances are the spark has faded and she doesn't know how to deal with it besides ignoring/delaying.
To tell u the truth i dont believe in long distance relationship cuz u never know if they r cheating on u and i think that she has found someone else.
She has probarly lost interest....you need to ask her directly,there is no point in assuming
long distance relationships can work, but you have to work at them, you have to communicate.


when i first met my fiancee, he lived 120 miles away, i only saw him once every 2-3 weeks at a weekend, but we communicated via the internet and the phone every day, we now live together.
