Me and my girlfriend met at the Outer Banks and just decided to deal with a long distance relationship and it's been about a year and 2 months. We talked for hours EVERY night. We would stay home to talk to each other instead of going to parties or out. We saw each other during christmas, february, and I stayed at her house for six weeks this Summer. Everything was perfect....until she left for college. She broke our promises to not drink or go to parties at college, the longest conversation we have had in a month in a half has been 30 mins..I know she has time so that's not the problem. I feel like she's falling out of love with me.How do I deal with this long-distance relationship?
Long distance relationships are hard. She probably feels like she's missing out if she doesn't experience college to the fullest. If I were you, I would support her...let her go to these parties, etc. She probably is avoiding you because she wants to do these things, but knows that you think it's not ok.
If it really is not ok with you, then you probably don't want to date a college chick any more.
